YIT extends the maturity of a EUR 50 million term loan by one year

YIT has agreed with SEB on a one-year extension of its EUR 50 million term loan by utilizing one of the two one-year extension options. The new maturity date for facility is in March 2023. The extension of the loan maturity supports YIT’s existing strong liquidity position.
