YIT announces the postponement of Espoo Keilaniemi project’s real estate transaction finalisation into 2020

YIT’s and HGR Property Partners’ joint venture Regenero has completed the first phase of the Keilaniemi area, the Accountor Tower, and the lessees started to move in in mid-December according to plans. However, the finalisation of the real estate transaction signed in August 2019 will be moved from 2019 into 2020, which will postpone the profit into 2020. The postponement will not have an impact on the company’s result guidance for 2019 which remains intact.
