The companies of Lemminkäinen's Technical Building Services business sector are to change their names

The companies of Lemminkäinen's Technical Building Services business sector,
Tekmanni Oy and Tekmanni Service Oy as well as their subsidiaries, are to
change their names 

The companies of Lemminkäinen's Technical Building Services business sector,
Tekmanni Oy and Tekmanni Service Oy, will change their names on 1 April 2010.
Tekmanni Oy will be renamed Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy and Tekmanni Service
Oy will become Lemminkäinen Kiinteistötekniikka Oy. 

The subsidiaries of Tekmanni Oy, i.e. Tekmanni Uusimaa Oy, Tekmanni Tampere Oy,
Tekmanni Pohjanmaa Oy, Turun Rakennusputki Oy and Sähköliike Tekno Oy, will
merge into Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy during 2010. 

Oulun LVI-Ykkönen Oy, Oulun Kylmä-Ykkönen Oy, Oulun Saneeraus-Ykkönen Oy and
Kajaanin LVI-Ykkönen Oy, will merge into Lemminkäinen Kiinteistötekniikka Oy
during 2010. 

Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka's nationwide service network and its 36 locations in
Finland will remain unchanged. 

From 1 April 2010 the e-mail addresses of Lemminkäinen's Technical Building
Services business sector's personnel will take the form
firstname.lastname@lemminkainen.fi. 

The changes are part of Lemminkäinen Group's brand and business unification
strategy. Tekmanni and its subsidiaries have been part of Lemminkäinen Group
since 2000.
