The companies of Lemminkäinen's building products business sector will merge to
form Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy 

The companies of Lemminkäinen Group's building products business sector will
merge during the spring to form Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy. The merging
companies are Lemminkäinen Katto Oy, Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy and its
subsidiaries, and Omni-Sica Oy. The business areas of Lemminkäinen
Rakennustuotteet Oy will be roofing, concrete and sports construction. 

From 1 June 2010, Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy and Omni-Sica Oy will merge into
Lemminkäinen Katto Oy, which will be renamed Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy. 

During the spring Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy's subsidiaries, i.e. Suonenjoen
Betonituote Oy and Forssan Betoni Oy, will merge into their parent company.
Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy's subsidiary, Elemento Oy, merged into its parent
company already on 1 January 2010. 

Mr. Erkki Lönnrot will serve as the head of Lemminkäinen's building products
business sector and Managing Director of Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy. The
heads of the roofing, concrete and sports construction business areas are
Jaakko Tuominen, Risto Wuorio and Pekka Peho, respectively.
