Lemminkäinen to build hotel and restaurant in downtown Tampere

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD HOTEL AND RESTAURANT IN DOWNTOWN TAMPERE
 
Lemminkäinen has signed contract agreements with Fennia Group concerning the
construction of the 180-room Cumulus Hotel and the Martina Restaurant
connecting to the Postitalo property in downtown Tampere. The user of the new
premises will be Restel Oy.  The total value of the negotiated renovation
construction contracts received by Lemminkäinen is just under EUR 15 million.
Construction work is expected to start in March 2011 and will be completed in
spring 2012. 

For a number of years the focus of Lemminkäinen's renovation construction work
in Tampere has been on the development of the city centre.
