Lemminkäinen to build an office building at Töölönlahti in Helsinki

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD AN OFFICE BUILDING AT TÖÖLÖNLAHTI IN HELSINKI

Lemminkäinen is to build an office building at Töölönlahti in downtown
Helsinki. The client is Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company and the
principal tenant of the building will be Alma Media Oyj. 

The building will have a gross floor area of approx. 15,000 m2 and will be
built on a site located between Finlandia Hall and the railway line. The
five-storey eco-efficient building will also include apartments. Construction
work will start in spring 2011 and the building will be completed in 2012. 

Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Pääkaupunkiseutu will carry out the project and be
responsible for the leasing of the finished premises. The sale of the plot by
Senate Properties to Etera Mutual requires the approval of Parliament, which is
likely to be forthcoming in June.
