Cramo Finland Oy and Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi have signed a co-operation agreement whereby Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi has sold its equipment depots in Turku and Tampere to Cramo. The personnel of the depots will be transferred to the service of Cramo as existing employees. According to the agreement, Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi will, in future, rent the construction machines and equipment its needs in this area from Cramo. The agreement has been made for five years.
”This deal expands on the one we made earlier this year, when we purchased Lemminkäinen Talo Oy’s machine depots in the Joensuu and Kuopio areas and made a similar five-year co-operation agreement. Close collaboration with builders has helped us to develop our services and our stock of equipment to better meet the needs of our customers. This deal will also strengthen our market position regionally,” says the Managing Director of Cramo Finland Oy, Tatu Hauhio.
”This transaction and service agreement will ensure that we continue to have access to appropriate and effective construction equipment as well as comprehensive site services as and when we need them. The arrangement liberates capital for use in our core business and enables the development of our operations in partnership with Cramo for the benefit of our customers,” says the Managing Director of Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi, Markku Moisio.
