LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION'S LISTING PROSPECTUS OF THE EUR 60 MILLION DOMESTIC
BOND AVAILABLE 

Not to be released or distributed in the United States, Australia, Canada or
Japan or such other countries or otherwise in such circumstances in which the
offering of the Notes would be unlawful or require measures other than those
required under the Finnish laws. 

Lemminkäinen Corporation announced on 7 September 2010 that it will issue a EUR
60 million four-year domestic bond with an annual coupon of 4.50 %. 

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has now approved the listing
prospectus of the bond. The prospectus can be found on the internet at
Lemminkäinen's website www.lemminkainen.com/investors. 

An application has been made to have the bond listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd. Lemminkäinen estimates that the public quotation of the bond will commence
on Tuesday, 26 October 2010.
