Lemminkäinen sells shopping centre to Suomi Life Assurance Company - Tammiston Tähti will open in the spring

Lemminkäinen has sold Kiinteistö Oy Tammiston Tähti to Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company. The shopping centre will open in March 2010.

Tammiston Tähti has been built by Lemminkäinen Group’s Oy Alfred A. Palmberg Ab as a turnkey project. The commercial building is an extension of Tammisto Mall, which the company also built and which is also owned by Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company.

Tammiston Tähti is located in the heart of Tammisto’s commerical and business centre. Tammiston Tähti has a leasable floor area of approx. 4,400 m2, and all of the premises are occupied.
