Lemminkäinen Corporation's financial statements for the accounting period       
1.1.-31.12.2007 will be published at 9.00 a.m. on 14 February 2008. The 2007    
Annual Report will be published in week 10 of 2008.                             

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 March 2008.
