YIT sells Rehau production facilities in Lithuania to the international real estate investment company Hili Properties

YIT has signed an agreement with the international real estate investment company Hili Properties for the sale of the Rehau production facilities in Klaipeda. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Work on the 19 000 m2 production facility in the port city of Klaipeda began in December 2020 and is scheduled for completion in November 2021. Rehau will start its operations in the facility in January 2022.
The production facilities are constructed on a built-to-suit model, in which they are tailored to meet the needs of the user.

Rehau Group, which has manufactured plastic products for industry for more than 70 years, has 170 business locations and approximately 20,000 employees around the world.
