YIT starts the construction of an apartment building project in Moscow Oblast, Russia

YIT starts the construction of a new apartment building project named Park in Moscow Oblast. The project is located in Krasnogorsk city, approximately 4 kilometres from the Moscow ring road. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 60 million, and it is due for completion by the end of 2016.

The Park project covers one 17-storey apartment building with 550 apartments and a total living area of approximately 24,000 square meters. The apartments vary from studios to four room apartments, focusing on small studios and one-bedroom apartments. In addition to apartments, the project will include the construction of an underground parking facility for approximately 170 cars, ground level parking spaces for visitors and a yard with a playground and a sports field.

Krasnogorsk is one of the most environmentally friendly cities in Moscow Oblast, and the project was named after its excellent location nearby a park. Energy efficient facade materials are used in the building, in addition to which, there will be modern building systems and an own heating plant.
