YIT started several residential apartment building projects in April-June in Finland and the CEE countries

YIT started several residential apartment building projects in Finland and the CEE countries in April-June 2021. The largest projects started during the period are As Oy Espoon Itätuuli, As Oy Helsingin Rut, As Oy Oulun Asemantorni III, As Oy Tampereen Teatterineuvos, As Oy Vantaan Taaleri, As Oy Espoon Poseidon, As Oy Vantaan Maalari, As Oy Vantaan Kangastus, As Oy Tampereen Kuunsilta and As Oy Vaasan Keittiömestari in Finland as well as Linkmenu 3 in Vilnius Lithuania and Päevalille 19 in Tallin Estonia. The total value of these largest projects is approximately EUR 215 million. The start-ups of the apartments have been entered in the second quarter order book.

As Oy Espoon Itätuuli is located in the centre of Tapiola in Espoo. The value of the project is over EUR 30 million, with over 75 apartments to be completed in the summer 2023.

As Oy Helsingin Rut is located in Arabianranta in Helsinki and it is the second residential building in the Arte block. The value of the project is over EUR 30 million, with nearly 75 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.

As Oy Oulun Asemantorni III is located in central Oulu, in the immediate vicinity of the railway station. The value of the project is nearly EUR 25 million, with nearly 100 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.

As Oy Tampereen Teatterineuvos is located in the centre of Tampere next to the Hämeenpuisto park. The value of the project is over EUR 20 million, with approximately 50 apartments to be completed in the autumn 2022.

As Oy Vantaan Taaleri is located in Lentola area in Aviapolis, Vantaa. The value of the project is nearly EUR 20 million, with over 65 apartments to be completed in the autumn 2022.

As Oy Espoon Poseidon is located in Marianranta block in Kivenlahti, Espoo. The value of the project is over EUR 13 million, with nearly 50 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.

As Oy Vantaan Maalari will have new terraced and semi-detached houses to be completed in Ylästö, Vantaa. The value of the project is over EUR 12 million, with nearly 30 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.

As Oy Vantaan Kangastus is located in the centre of Kivistö in Vantaa. The value of the project is nearly EUR 12 million, with over 40 apartments to be completed in the autumn 2022.

As Oy Tampereen Kuunsilta is located by the lake Näsijärvi in the Niemenranta area in Tampere. The value of the project is over EUR 11 million, with nearly 40 apartments to be completed in the autumn 2022.

As Oy Vaasan Keittiömestari is located near the city centre of Vaasa in Klemettilä. The value of the project is over EUR 10 million, with nearly 70 apartments to be completed in the summer 2022.

Linkmenu 3 is located in Lithuania near the centre of Vilnius close to Konstitucijos Avenue and City Business district. The value of the project is over EUR 20 million, with approximately 160 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.

Päevalille 19 is located in Tallin, Estonia in the Haabersti area. The value of the project is over EUR 10 million, with approximately 100 apartments to be completed at the end of 2022.
