YIT’s Trinity housing estate won “the best residential project” series in the “Quality Leader in Construction 2011” competition in St. Petersburg. The Prozorovskoye-Golitsino cottage village wins the national RREF AWARDS 2011

YIT’s Prozorovskoye-Golitsino cottage village won the “New format” category in the national RREF AWARDS 2011 competition. RREF AWARDS is a national award for achievements in housing construction. Winners are chosen by popular vote, which means that the RREF sign is a symbol of consumer confidence, a sign that speaks for the high quality of a company’s work regarding construction, landscaping and infrastructure.

The Prozorovskoye-Golitsino cottage village is located in the historic rural area of the Moscow Oblast, in close proximity to the old Kratovo datcha settlement. The housing comfort of the village abides by European quality standards. YIT’s own professional service company is responsible for the functionality and maintenance of the cottages, buildings and equipment.

A total of 147 town houses and 178 detached houses are planned to be built in Prozorovskoye-Golitsino. The first stage will be completed in Q1 of 2012.

Trinity is the best residential construction site in St. Petersburg YIT is the quality leader in construction

YIT won “the best residential project” series in the “Quality Leader in Construction 2011” competition in St. Petersburg. The Trinity housing estate, currently under construction, fared well in all stages of the competition, and it was chosen as the Finnish model project in Northwest Russia. The competition is organized by the Government of St. Petersburg in cooperation with professional associations, non-profit partnerships of the north-western federal district and with the support of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the north-western federal district. The aim of the competition is to stimulate high quality construction and present to the public the best construction projects in the north-western federal district.

The Trinity housing estate is situated in the Krasnoselskij district of St. Petersburg. It includes three separate buildings of 20, 22 and 25 stories. The total number of apartments is 512. The project design provides energy-efficient technologies, mechanical ventilation systems to ensure circulation of fresh air, installation of Finnish heating units with thermo regulators as well as hot and cold water meters. The building design is friendly to people with reduced mobility. The scheduled commissioning time is Q1 of 2013.

The jury’s evaluation criteria included availability of permission documentation, construction materials, goods and structures conforming with the requirements of national standards and regulations, and the quality control system.

Toreza, 44 residential estate nominated for the real estate sector’s international FIABCI finals

Toreza, 44 residential estate, built by YIT, was ranked among the 9 best projects that will be nominated for the international FIABCI Prix d’excellence awards. The winner will be honoured at the International FIABCI Congress in May 2012. This selection was made at the PROEstate forum where the company received “The Best Implemented Developer Project on the Russian Real Estate Market 2011” diploma as a finalist in the Residential (High Rise) Category. In the FIABCI Prix d’excellence competition, an expert jury will select the winner by assessing the concept, architecture and engineering, the project feasibility and marketing results as well as the project’s environmental impact and advantages to society.

Toreza 44 is located in the Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg. The residential estate consists of four 11/14/16-storey high sections. The total number of apartments is 453. On the St. Petersburg housing market, Toreza 44 is the first site where all apartments were offered with complete final finishing. Clients could move in without any wait and occupy apartments with high quality YIT DOM standard finishing. Toreza was commissioned in two stages in 2008.

YIT has made the competition finals twice in a row. In 2010, YIT’s Atmosphere high rise in Primorsky district was presented as one of the only two finalists in the Residential category.
