YIT is involved in Fischapark shopping centre expansion in Austria

YIT Austria GmbH was contracted by the shopping centre developer Spar European Shopping Centers (SES) to help expand the shopping centre Fischapark in Wiener Neustadt. YIT is responsible for the building services for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities. The works started in March 2013 and are projected to last until June 2015.

A total of 5.5 MW cooling capacity, 3.5 MW heating capacity and a ventilation capacity with a total volume flow of 500,000 m3/h will be installed. All ventilation facilities are equipped with heat recovery systems in order to increase energy efficiency. A unique requirement of the project is business continuity during the renovations, which necessitates perfectly planned and implemented logistics.

YIT Austria was selected primarily due to the high quality of services provided during previous projects. Fischapark is one of the most successful shopping centres in Austria.
