YIT and atNorth expand collaboration with new data center at FIN04 campus in Kouvola

YIT and atNorth, a leading Nordic data center services provider, have agreed on the construction of a new facility, FIN04A1, in Myllykoski, Kouvola, Finland. The data center is part of atNorth’s FIN04 data center campus. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the contract.

YIT will serve as the main contractor and will be responsible for the construction of the data center, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. The agreement further strengthens the cooperation between YIT and atNorth. In July 2026, the companies announced a contract for the design and construction of another facility at the FIN04 campus in Myllykoski, Kouvola.
