Lemminkäinen to build a Scania vehicle centre in Kotka

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD A SCANIA VEHICLE CENTRE IN KOTKA

Lemminkäinen has signed a building contract with Scania Suomi Oy on construction of a heavy transport service centre in Kotka. Lemminkäinen will also be responsible for air-conditioning and building automation contracting of the project. The value of the Lemminkäinen contract is approximately EUR 2.6 million. The project will be launched immediately and it is scheduled for completion in August 2013.

The Scania vehicle centre will feature sales, repair shop and spare parts facilities. The total floor space of the building, including the customer service and repair shop premises, will be approximately 2,400 m².
