Lemminkäinen has sold 19 apartments to the FIM Asuntorahasto I Ky capital fund managed by FIM Kiinteistö Oy. The apartments sold are located in the As Oy Tampereen Reimari housing company in Tampere and will be completed in November. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

FIM Asuntorahasto I Ky invests mainly in small and medium-sized rental apartments in urban growth and provincial centres where people come to work and study.
