Lemminkäinen to build a residential building in Rovaniemi

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ROVANIEMI

Lemminkäinen has started a six-storey residential building in the Rakka area of Rovaniemi as a residential property development and constructionproject. As Oy Rovaniemen Kaarnikkarakka will have 40 apartments, 7 garages and 8 covered parking spots. Construction work has already begun and the project will be completed by the end of 2014.

This will be Lemminkäinen's fourth residential building in the Rakka area. Previously, Lemminkäinen has completed Asunto Oy Rovaniemen Kantorakka (19 apartments) and Asunto Oy Rovaniemen Kivirakka (19 apartments). In addition, Asunto Oy Rovaniemen Hillarakka (40 apartments) will be completed in December 2012.
