LEMMINKÄINEN REINFORCES CONCRETE PAVING STONE PRODUCTION:  NEW PRODUCTION LINE OPENED IN TAMPERE, FINLAND

This winter, Lemminkäinen has renewed the production line at its concrete product factory, located in Myllypuro, Tampere. With this new production line, Lemminkäinen will be able to offer an even more diverse selection of concrete products. Increased flexibility in the factory's capacity will ensure smooth deliveries. Featuring the latest technology, the production line was put into operation in March.

"The new factory is Finland's best and most efficient production plant manufacturing concrete-based products for the urban environment. Moreover, this investment is significant for the development of the entire sector," says Director Antti Sirén of Lemminkäinen.

Lemminkäinen began production of concrete paving stone in Finland in 1974. In addition to Tampere, the company has concrete product factories in Tuusula and Orimattila.
