SUBSCRIPTION FOR YIT SHARES BY EXERCISING THE 2002 SERIES C AND SERIES D SHARE OPTIONS FROM JUNE 27 TO AUGUST 12, 2005
After the previous entry in the Trade Register on June 27, 2005 a total of 23,410 YIT shares were subscribed for on the basis of the Series C share options and a total of 107,766 shares on the basis of the Series D share options by August 12, 2005.
Each share option entitles its holder to subscribe for two YIT Corporation shares having a nominal value of one euro. The subscription price with the Series C options is EUR 6.545 per share and with the Series D options EUR 5.845 per share.
The increase in the share capital as a consequence of these share subscriptions, EUR 131,176 is to be entered in the Trade Register on August 19, 2005.
