Markku Moilanen has been appointed President and CEO of YIT Corporation

YIT's Board of Directors has appointed Markku Moilanen (59, Ph.D., tech.) as YIT Corporation's President and CEO. He shall take up his position determined at a later date, but latest by 1 July 2021.

Markku Moilanen is currently a member at Group Executive Board of Ramboll Group, where he has been responsible for Ramboll Group's businesses in the Nordics, UK and Americas since 2015. The turnover of his area of responsibility in 2019 was about EUR 1.6 billion and the number of employees was about 13,000. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Ramboll Finland Oy. Prior to Ramboll, he worked at Fortum Corporation, where he was responsible for Customer Service business.
