LEMMINKÄINEN’S HITAS-UNITS AT SAUKONRANTA SOLD

The 51 price-regulated residential units (Hitas) of Asunto Oy Helsingin Saukonranta have been sold, the related agreements to purchase having been signed. The next price-regulated housing construction project of Lemminkäinen, Helsingin Paasiranta, will take place in Jätkäsaari. Marketing for the project will commence in September–October 2011. A lottery among applicants will be organised for the residential units.

Lemminkäinen will construct a total of four residential buildings on the Saukonpaasi headland in Jätkänsaari. The headland is located in the north-west section of Jätkänsaari, next to the Ruoholahti district. The two districts are linked by the Crusell bridge, an almost 50-metre long cable-stayed bridge.

Lemminkäinen will observe the City of Helsinki regulations for price-regulated housing (Hitas) in the sale and marketing of these residential units.
