Teemu Lantto appointed to serve as Managing Director of Tekmanni Service Oy and Tapio Vähämäki as Lemminkäinen Group´s CIO

TEEMU LANTTO APPOINTED TO SERVE AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF LEMMINKÄINEN GROUP'S
TEKMANNI SERVICE OY AND TAPIO VÄHÄMÄKI AS LEMMINKÄINEN GROUP'S CIO 

Teemu Lantto, M.Sc., b. 1970, has been appointed to serve as Managing Director
of Lemminkäinen Group's Tekmanni Service Oy with effect from 1 May 2010. Teemu
Lantto moves from his present position as Director, Domestic Operations at
Lemcon Ltd, a company belonging to Lemminkäinen Building Construction business
sector. He will report to Marcus Karsten, Executive Vice President,
Lemminkäinen Technical Building Services. Tekmanni Service Oy will operate
under its new name, Lemminkäinen Kiinteistötekniikka Oy, from 1 April 2010. 

Tekmanni Service Oy's present managing director, Tapio Vähämäki, M.Sc. (Eng.),
b. 1959, will take up the position as CIO of Lemminkäinen Group with effect
from 1 May 2010. He will be responsible for management and development of the
Group's ICT. Tapio Vähämäki will report to Tiina Mellas, Executive Vice
President, HR and ICT.
