AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBERS OF LEMMINKÄINEN'S EXECUTIVE BOARD
REDEFINED 

Group Executive Board

A number of changes have been made concerning the responsibilities within
Lemminkäinen's Executive Board. The changes will take effect immediately. The
purpose of the changes is to streamline the management of central functions and
achieve greater efficiency in the implementation of the new strategy. 

Members of Lemminkäinen Corporation's Executive Board:  
- Timo Kohtamäki, President and CEO
- Jukka Terhonen, Executive Vice President, Building Construction
- Henrik Eklund, Executive Vice President, Infrastructure Construction
- Marcus Karsten, Executive Vice President, Technical Building Services
- Erkki Lönnrot, Executive Vice President, Building Products
- Tiina Kihlakaski, Executive Vice President, HR and ICT
- Tiina Mikander, Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Development
- Robert Öhman, CFO

The current strategy of Lemminkäinen Corporation was announced on 5 November
2009. In addition to strengthening the company's position in present key
business sectors, the strategic priorities are Nordic infrastructure
construction, Russian residential construction, renovation construction, and
technical building services. An overall strategic focus area is ‘one
Lemminkäinen'. The number of Group companies will be reduced and the Group will
use a common Lemminkäinen brand. 

In addition to current duties, Mr Marcus Karsten will assume responsibility for
developing and managing customer relationships on a Group-wide basis. Mr Jukka
Terhonen will be responsible for residential construction in Russia as well as
for developing a Group-wide concept for renovation construction. Mr Erkki
Lönnrot will assume responsibility for intensifying regional cooperation while
responsibility for developing Nordic infrastructure construction will rest with
Mr Henrik Eklund. 

Mrs Tiina Kihlakaski will be responsible for Human Resources and IT management
and related development projects. 

Ms Tiina Mikander, who previously served as Director of Legal Affairs, has been
appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development, which is
a new position in Lemminkäinen's executive board. She will be responsible for
developing strategic business planning and management system, as well as
addressing corporate responsibility issues. In addition, she will continue to
serve as secretary to Lemminkäinen Corporation's Board of Directors. The
Corporate Communications and Environmental and Safety functions will report to
her. 

Mr Robert Öhman's areas of responsibility are Finance, Treasury, Mergers and
Acquisitions, Investor Relations and Legal Affairs. Additionally, he is
responsible for developing procurement on a Group level. 


Extended Executive Board

An Extended Executive Board has also been established. The Extended Executive
Board includes 20 executives representing the business sectors and support
functions.
