The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the sale of Lemminkäinen’s technical building services business to Are Group without conditions. Lemminkäinen signed a share purchase agreement for all outstanding shares in Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy with Are on 14 May 2014.
The transaction will be concluded in June as previously announced.
