Casimir Lindholm appointed President and CEO of Lemminkäinen Corporation as of 1 August 2014, and a change in Lemminkäinen's Executive Team

CASIMIR LINDHOLM APPOINTED PRESIDENT AND CEO OF LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION AS OF 1 AUGUST 2014, AND A CHANGE IN LEMMINKÄINEN’S EXECUTIVE TEAM

Lemminkäinen’s deputy CEO, M.Sc. (Econ.) and MBA Casimir Lindholm (born 1971) has been appointed Lemminkäinen Corporation’s President and CEO and Chairman of the Executive Team as of 1 August 2014. Lindholm is currently Executive Vice President, Building Construction in Finland. He will continue in this duty until a new Executive Vice President has been found. The recruiting process has been started.

Casimir Lindholm started as Executive Vice President, Building Construction in Finland and member of Lemminkäinen’s Executive Team on 1 January 2013. He was appointed Group’s deputy CEO on 2 April 2014. Before Lemminkäinen, he was CEO of Eltel Networks in Sweden.

At the same time, it was decided that Tiina Mellas, Executive Vice President, HR and member of Executive Team leaves the company as of 19 June 2014. The process of recruiting her successor starts immediately. M.Sc. (Econ.) Tiina Mellas started as Lemminkäinen’s Executive Vice President, HR and member of Executive Team on 2009.
