LEMMINKÄINEN SELLS TWO RESIDENTIAL HOUSING CORPORATIONS TO ICECAPITAL

Lemminkäinen has signed contracts of sale for two residential housing corporations with ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Ky. Asunto Oy Järvenpään Vilja will have a total of 56 apartments in two buildings. Construction is underway and scheduled for completion in spring 2014. Asunto Oy Jyväskylän Palohovi will have 42 apartments. Construction will start in spring 2013, with the building due for completion in spring 2014. Both parties have agreed not to publish the sale price.
