Lemminkäinen to extend and renovate K-Citymarket in Mäntsälä

LEMMINKÄINEN TO EXTEND AND RENOVATE K-CITYMARKET IN MÄNTSÄLÄ

Lemminkäinen has been awarded a contract for the extension and renovation of K-citymarket in the centre of Mäntsälä by Kesko Corporation. The extension will account for 10,676 m2 (gross) and 56,900 m3 of the contract and the renovation for 7,306 m2 (gross) and 38,200 m3. The work will begin in March 2011, and the contract will be completed in May 2012. The total value of the contract is some EUR 8 million.

The contract in Mäntsälä means continued co-operation between Lemminkäinen and Kesko Food. Last year, Lemminkäinen completed the Kouvola K-supermarket contract.
