Lemminkäinen to build K-citymarket for Kesko in Kokkola

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD K-CITYMARKET FOR KESKO IN KOKKOLA

Kesko has chosen Lemminkäinen as the contractor for a K-citymarket to be built in Kokkola. The project will be carried out as a target price contract. Construction will begin next week in the Heinola area of Kokkola, and is due for completion in the spring of 2013. The parties have agreed not to publish the value of the construction contract.

The building will extend over an area of around 17,000 m². K-citymarket will be joined on the property by Tokmanni, in addition to which around 1,000 m² of premises are reserved for other operators. The supermarket's forecourt will accommodate 700 parking places.
