Lemminkäinen to build logistics centre for Etra Oy in Hämeenlinna

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD LOGISTICS CENTRE FOR ETRA OY IN HÄMEENLINNA

Lemminkäinen has signed an agreement with Etra Oy of the Etola Group concerning
the construction a logistics centre in Hämeenlinna. The building, which will be
located on the Moreeni industrial estate, will have a floor area of 20,000 m²
and a volume of 250,000 m³. Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Southeast Finland will start
the construction works of the design & build contract in April 2010 and the
completed building will be handed over to the client in April 2011. 

Etola Group is a family-owned business that consists of about 25 closely
co-operating specialist companies, the largest of which is Etra Oy. Its main
businesses are the manufacture, importation and marketing of industrial
products and building materials. 

Lemminkäinen has previously built logistics centres on Hämeenlinna's Moreeni
industrial estate for Tammertukku Oy, Nanso Group Oy and Iittala Group Oy.
