Lemminkäinen and NSA Bolagen sell their stakes in the Chydenia shopping centre to Tapiola Pension

LEMMINKÄINEN AND NSA BOLAGEN SELL THEIR STAKES IN THE CHYDENIA SHOPPING CENTRE
TO TAPIOLA PENSION 

On 29 November 2010 Lemminkäinen Corporation and the Kokkola-based real estate
investment company NSA Bolagen Ab sold their ownership interests in phases 2
and 3 of the Chydenia Shopping Centre in Kokkola to Tapiola Pension. The
parties agreed not to disclose the transaction price. 

The properties involved in the transaction, Kiinteistö Oy Kokkolan Rantakatu 6,
which was completed in 2007, and Kiinteistö Oy Kokkolan Rantakatu 2-4, which
was completed in 2009, have a combined floor area 8,600 m². 

The Chydenia Shopping Centre is located in downtown Kokkola and comprises
dozens of individual outlets and businesses. With a total floor area of approx.
18,000 m², it is the largest shopping centre in the region of Central
Ostrobothnia.
