Johan Nybergh appointed Director of Legal Affairs for the Lemminkäinen Group

JOHAN NYBERGH APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AFFAIRS FOR THE LEMMINKÄINEN GROUP

As of 14 January 2010, Johan Nybergh (born 1976) LLM, MSc (Econ & Bus Admin),
has been named Director of Legal Affairs for the Lemminkäinen Corporation.
Nybergh has served as Legal Counsel for Lemminkäinen Corporation since 2006. 

The Director of Legal Affairs handles the Group's legal matters and is in
charge managing and developing the Legal Services Unit. Nybergh will report to
Chief Financial Officer Robert Öhman. 

Lemminkäinen's former Director of Legal Affairs, Tiina Mikander, has taken over
the position of Development Director.
