Lemminkäinen awarded maintenance contract for Teboil´s station network

LEMMINKÄINEN AWARDED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR TEBOIL'S STATION NETWORK

Lemminkäinen Group´s Tekmanni Service Oy has signed an extension to its
contract to provide facility management and maintenance services to Oy Teboil
Ab. The contract covers a total of 450 sites. Tekmanni Service has been
responsible for the maintenance of Teboil's station network since 2007. 

The new contract embraces all property maintenance services. Additionally,
Tekmanni Service assumes responsibility for consultation, nationwide on-call
service as well as alterations and renovations related to technical building
services. At the same time, Tekmanni Service coordinates all fault reports
received from Teboil stations. 

"The contract is based on past cooperation between Tekmanni Service and Teboil
that spans several years. Another important consideration in the selection of
the maintenance service provider was Tekmanni Service's solid experience and
impressive track record in operating in an advanced gasoline station
environment", says Kimmo Marjola, Head of Teboil's Technical Department.

Finland in accordance with our certified quality management system. The
long-term contract now signed creates a favourable framework for enhanced
