Lemminkäinen Infra Oy acquires Tolarock Oy

LEMMINKÄINEN INFRA OY ACQUIRES TOLAROCK OY                                      

Lemminkäinen Group's Lemminkäinen Infra Oy has acquired full ownership of the   
Kajaani-based Tolarock Oy, which was founded in 2000 and operates nationwide in 
Finland. Tolarock Oy is a rock engineering company specialised in hard rock     
tunnelling and mining excavation. The company's current works include           
excavations at the Hitura and Särkiniemi mines.                                 

Tolarock Oy will continue its operations as a subsidiary of Lemminkäinen Infra  
Oy. Tolarock's net sales in 2007 were just over EUR 4 million. The company      
employs 21 people, who will be retained as serving employees. Markku Tolanen    
will continue to act as the Managing Director of Tolarock Oy.                   

”The acquisition will enable Lemminkäinen Infra Oy to better serve its mining   
industry clients in Finland and in Sweden, says the Managing Director of        
Lemminkäinen Infra Oy, Mr. Timo Kohtamäki.

Lemminkäinen Infra Oy is Finland's biggest infrastructure construction company.
