LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION´S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND AGM 2009                       

Lemminkäinen Corporation's financial statements for the accounting period       
1.1.-31.12.2008 will be published at 9.00 a.m. on 12 February 2009. The 2008    
Annual Report will be published in week 10 of 2009.                             

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 17 March 2009.                       

Lemminkäinen will publish three interim reports in 2009:                        

Interim Report 1.1.-31.3.2009	Thursday, 7 May, 9.00 a.m.                        
Interim Report 1.1.-30.6.2009	Thursday, 6 August, 9.00 a.m.                     
Interim Report 1.1.-30.9.2009	Thursday, 5 November, 9.00 a.m.
