LEMMINKÄINEN GROUP'S OKA OY COMPLETES SIGNIFICANT REAL ESTATE DEAL              

Lemminkäinen Group's Oka Oy has sold all the shares in Keskinäinen Kiinteistö Oy
Lappeenrannan Gallerian Liiketilat real estate company to the Nordic Retail Fund
administered by the international fund management company Protego Real Estate   
Investors. The Lappeenrannan Galleria shopping centre, which opened on 1        
November 2007, operates on the property.                                        

The shopping centre's leasable floor area is 12,350 square metres and there are 
currently 24 tenants. H&M Hennes & Mauritz Oy, Clas Ohlson Oy, Seppälä and      
KappAhl Oy are among the companies with premises on the property.

Oka Oy, a subsidiary of Lemminkäinen Group, is a building contractor that
