LEMCON TO BUILD PAULIG'S NEW ROASTERY AT VUOSAARI HARBOUR IN HELSINKI           

Lemcon Ltd, a member of Lemminkäinen Group, has signed an agreement concerning  
the construction of the office, warehousing and production facilities of Gustav 
Paulig Ltd´s new roastery. The new building will have a gross floor area of     
approx. 35,000 m2 and will be constructed at the Meriportti Business Park next  
to Vuosaari Harbour in Helsinki.                                                

The work will be carried out as a project management contract. Preparatory site 
work will begin immediately and actual construction will start at the beginning 
of September 2007. The new roasting plant will be completed in June 2009.       

The Paulig contract is the latest addition to Lemcon's global portfolio of      
industrial construction projects.
