Identifying labor exploitation at construction sites
Preventing labor exploitation requires cooperation across the construction sector. We want to support site operations by providing practical tools for situations that raise concern.
We have prepared a poster for construction sites to help identify labor exploitation. The poster summarizes warning signs and provides guidance on how to act.
We manage sustainability as an integral part of the company’s strategy and daily business operations. Through shared principles, responsibilities and operating models, we ensure that sustainability is embedded in decision-making, risk management and everyday work across the Group and its supply chains together with our partners.
All of those operating in the construction industry must work together in order to implement responsible subcontracting. We have made common guidelines for all construction sector operators, which help each one of us in identifying possible labor exploitation at work sites.
