IFRIC 15-compliant comparison figures for 2009

YIT will apply the IFRIC 15 Agreements for the Construction of Real Estate IFRS interpretation as of the financial period starting January 1, 2010. The interpretation will change the recognition of YIT Group's development projects in both housing and business premises and thus have an effect on certain Group level figures.

Key figures tool

YIT's key figures can be viewed in key figures tool. The figures are presented in yearly and quarterly level. It is possible to draw charts from the selected figures. All the figures can be downloaded into Excel. The tool provides figures 2004 onwards. For 2001-2003 figures, please see Interim Report archives.
