1) The increase in the share capital in 1998 was connected with the subscriptions made on the basis of the 1994 issue of bonds with warrants.
2) By a resolution of the Annual General Meeting on March 8, 1999, the share capital was raised to EUR 58,675,324 by increasing the nominal value of the share, then at EUR 1.68, to EUR 2.00 through a bonus issue.
3) The other share capital increases in 1999 were connected with the 1994 issue of bonds with warrants. The bonds fell due on November 1, 1999.
4) The share capital increases registered in 2002 and in 2003 were connected with the subscriptions made on the basis of the Series A and Series B share options from 1998.
5) The Annual General Meeting on March 18, 2004 decided to change the nominal value of the share from two euros to one euro, thus doubling the number of the shares to 61,046,750. The share capital was not increased. The change was entered in the Trade Register on March 26, 2004.
6) The increases in the share capital on May 6, 2004, June 28, 2004, August 23, 2004, December 9, 2004 were consequences of share subscriptions made on the basis of the Series C share options from 2002.
7) The increases in the share capital on May 6, 2005, June 27, 2005, August 19, 2005 and December 5, 2005 were consequences of share subscriptions made on the basis of the Series C and Series D share options from 2002.
8) The Annual General Meeting on March 13, 2006 decided to change the nominal value of the share from one euro to 0.5 euro, thus doubling the number of the shares to 124,794,704. The share capital was not increased. The change was entered in the Trade Register on March 24, 2006.
9) The increases in the share capital were consequences of share subscriptions made on the basis of the Series C and Series D share options from 2002 and of the Series of E share options from 2004.
10) YIT Corporation’s Annual General Meeting, held on March 16, 2007, decided to increase the share capital by EUR 82,822,459.92 to EUR 146,210,995.92 by means of a reserve fund transfer, whereby the funds in the share premium reserve, EUR 82,822,459.92, were transferred into the share capital. New shares were not issued when the share capital was increased. The increase was entered in the Trade Register on March 30, 2007.
11) The increases in the share capital were consequences of share subscriptions made on the basis of the Series E and F share options from 2004 and of the Series of K and L share options from 2006. Departing from prior practices, the subscription price will be used in full to increase the share capital.
12) The increases in the share capital were consequences of share subscriptions made on the basis of the Series of K, L and M share options from 2006. Departing from prior practices, the subscription price will be used in full to increase the share capital.
