Share options

YIT has a share option programme from 2006. Options are a part of the company's incentive scheme. The options will be distributed on the basis of the decision by the Board of Directors of YIT Corporation

The options of share option programme from 2006 be distributed in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, on the basis of the decision by the Board of Directors of YIT Corporation, to those who are either in the employ of or will be hired into the employ of the YIT Group companies, the president and CEO of YIT Corporation, the deputy to the president, and other members of the Group’s management and its key employees. The share option programme from 2006 includes the Series K, L, M and N options.

Series M	900,000 options Quated on the stock exchange from April 1, 2008 Share subscription period April 1 - November 30 in 2008 - 2009 The subscription price for 1 EUR 19.73 Entitles its bearer to subscribe for 1 share
Series N	900,000 options Quated on the stock exchange from April 1, 2009 (target) Share subscription period April 1 - November 30 in 2009 - 2010 The subscription price for 1 share will be confirmed before the subscription period begins. Entitles its bearer to subscribe for 1 share
