Assets Management is based on your real estate strategy. The service can include real estate transactions, letting, development of the property/real estate portfolio, real estate assessment by the IFRS requirements, managing of lease contracts and the cashflow.

Our service can also include the financial and administrative management of real estate companies according to the local legislation. The full service includes arranging insurances, accounting, taxation consulting, tenant invoicing, accounts payable, accounting of real estate companies, customer reporting, etc.

Property Management concentrates on operative and technical management of real estate. Property management consists of managing of maintenance and repairs of the property. The service includes budgeting, building condition evaluations, renovation plans, supervision of quality of subcontractors and service providers, co-operation with government officials, mandatory inspections, informing tenants, etc. The purpose of property management is up keeping of value of real estate by effective building maintenance.

Facility Management (i.e. user services) is appointed to real estate users. The service package is built up by the users' needs. The service can include for example arranging and managing services such as reception, restaurant and catering services, access and key control, cleaning, waste management, postal services, office supplies, etc. We assure that the services run as agreed and also that their costs are competitive and foreseen.

We also provide multiple Consultation Services such as construction site supervision, energy efficiency calculations and remote control services for building automation. Availability of consultation services varies country by country.
