Annulment of YIT Corporation’s own shares recorded in the Trade Register

YIT CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE April 10, 2007

YIT Corporation's Board of Directors has decided to annul the 400 YIT shares in the company's possession. The annulment was entered in the Trade Register today, April 10, 2007.

YIT Corporation purchased the company’s own shares in December 2005.

At the moment the Board of Directors does not have authorizations to purchase or dispose of YIT’s own shares.
